Burlington Capital has an excellent opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our Corporate Creative Services Team, supporting multiple affiliates including national property management operations under Burlington Capital Properties.
This position provides a competitive compensation package, benefits, paid time off. We are seeking a creative, motivated individual who is eager to grow their design skills while working alongside an experienced Creative Services team. This position is ideal for an early-career designer looking to expand their experience across print, digital, web, and video marketing.
This position is based at Burlington Capital's corporate headquarters at 10th & Farnam Street in downtown Omaha. Regular, in-office attendance is required for this role.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with the design, editing, and content maintenance of WordPress websites.
- Create graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications
- Design print materials including newsletters, flyers, brochures, posters, event invitations, presentations, and floor plans
- Assist with creating and editing basic video content using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Support branding initiatives by maintaining consistent visual standards across multiple affiliates
- Collaborate with team members and internal departments to complete creative projects on schedule
- Manage multiple assignments while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Approximately one to three years of graphic design experience is preferred; internship, freelance, or equivalent project experience may be considered
- Portfolio demonstrating creative work in print and/or digital design is required
- Working knowledge of WordPress
- Basic understanding of HTML is a plus but is not required. This position focuses on website content and design rather than web development or coding.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
