About The RoleWe are looking to expand our network of expert behavioral health consultants with Senior Behavioral Health Experts for part-time, fully remote work supporting frontier AI research. Projects start at $80–120 USD/hour, with top-performing experts on our platform earning $150+ USD/hour.This Role IncludesDesigning expert-level behavioral health scenarios, evaluations, and judgment tasks that today's leading AI models struggle with.Evaluating and pressure-testing frontier AI systems in sensitive, high-stakes mental health contexts.This is not therapy delivery, tutoring, or generic annotation work.About AlignedAt Aligned, we partner with the world's leading AI labs to push the frontier of AI knowledge in fields like STEM, medicine, law, and finance.
