What We Are Looking For:
The Distribution team is looking for a Quoting Specialist! The Quoting Specialist will establish and maintain FLANDERS as a trusted partner for motors that are classified as Motor 1, Motor 2, and Motor 3 products. This position will also support new and existing customers by listening to needs, offering solutions based on the needs, and being a proactive partner for their reliability and maintenance planning efforts. This position will be based in the Evansville, Indiana facility.
What You Will Do:
• Provide customers with timely and cost-effective solutions in response to all Requests-For-Quote (RFQ) & Requests-For-Information (RFI) related to motors classified as Motor 1, Motor 2, and Motor 3 products.
• Act as a technical resource to address and resolve inquiries and RFI's related to distribution products.
• Coordinate and communicate customer needs and expectations with outside sales organization, OEM partners and operations as required to support customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, shipping notifications, and vendor management related to Motor 1, Motor 2, and Motor 3 products.
• Responsible for quotation of Motor 1, Motor 2, and Motor 3 repairs and replacement distribution products.
• Responsible for reviewing technical data & requirements of Motor 1, Motor 2, and Motor 3 quote requests, quotes and incoming purchase orders.
• Responsible for maintaining oversight and maintenance of FLANDERS price matrix in accordance with approved multipliers.
• Responsible for processing customer inquiries related to Motor 1, Motor 2, and Motor 3 products.
• Responsible for tracking regional distribution orders, regional on-time-delivery, and regional vendor KPI's.
• Responsible for maintaining regional relationships with external suppliers.
• Responsible for maintaining detailed notes within order file and CRM.
• Responsible for coordinating regional product training and product support for outside sales, OEM's, and customers.
• Responsible for tracking regional joint-call (2x2) efforts with approved OEM's and regional vendor partners.
• Responsible for monitoring and managing regional KPI's with regional vendor partners.
• Other duties as requested by supervisor or management.
What You'll Need:

• Must be extremely detail-oriented with sound problem-solving skills.
