Job Description
RH Manufacturing is seeking a Data Coordinator to support the integrity and accuracy of the product and production data that powers our furniture manufacturing operations. This role is essential in connecting Product Development, Engineering, and Manufacturing by ensuring the systems that drive production are accurate, reliable, and continuously optimized. The ideal candidate thrives in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment and is passionate about data accuracy, process improvement, and operational excellence.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to establish and maintain accurate product specifications that support efficient production processes
  • Maintain critical production data, including item setup, bills of materials, components, routings, and manufacturing system records
  • Analyze and validate product and production data to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions
  • Drive data accuracy initiatives that improve operational efficiency, support production planning, and reduce manufacturing errors
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product changes, new product introductions, and system updates are accurately reflected across manufacturing platforms
  • Support the preparation and distribution of production documentation, including production tickets and related manufacturing reports
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance data management processes, system utilization, and information accuracy

OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of experience in a furniture manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of production operations and workflows
  • Comprehensive knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes, including components, product structures, bills of materials, routings, and production systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and implement effective solutions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and FileMaker, with experience maintaining and analyzing complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a commitment to accuracy, operational excellence, and delivering high-quality results

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Frequently sit for extended periods while working with manufacturing systems, databases, and reports
  • Frequently move between office and manufacturing environments to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support production operations
  • Occasionally stand, walk, and inspect product, component, and production information within a manufacturing facility
  • Occasionally lift and carry light materials, documents, or product samples up to 20 pounds as needed
