Education Logistics Warehouse Assistant – Colorado Springs, CO
KellyBPO, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is seeking an Education Logistics Warehouse Assistant for a long-term position with one of our Global Clients based in Colorado Springs, CO.
This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401k, and paid time off.
Title: Education Logistics Warehouse Assistant
Location: Colorado Springs (80921)
Pay: $22hr; plus benefits and PTO
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm.
Duration: long term 
Responsibilities:
  • Know and follow policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.
  • Complete training in area of responsibility within allowed time-period.
  • Training is required for changes in existing policies and procedures, for new assignments and for implementation of new policies and procedures.
  • Complete required periodic re-training in areas such as safety and environmental compliance.
  • Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within work area.
  • Promote safety to all associates that enter work area.
  • Follow Health Care Compliance guidelines as well as follow operating room training and safety standards Bloodborne pathogens training, etc .
  • Stocking and organizing of disposables and product for labs, workshops, demo s
  • Picking, Packing, Shipping and Receiving of capital equipment, loaners, disposables and product for various events both on and off site
  • Maintaining stock levels of disposables, consumables and products
  • Conducting audits cycle counts
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy
  • Manage flow of deliveries in and out of facility
  • ERD recycling and destruction of expired or old product
  • Updating, charging repairs as needed of Barcode Scanners used w/ FileMaker Pro Advanced
  • Assist with maintaining equipment for sales demos, displays/exhibits, professional education, company meetings, cadaver labs, sales training and workshops.
  • Support product requests, prepare portable display properties tablecloths, roll-up graphics, posters and inspect upon return, handle distribution and shipping
  • Maintain consistency of set contents, ordering missing items, adding new items to inventory
  • Pick and pack daily orders for shipment.
  • Prepare paperwork for international shipments to include carrier required documents as well as
  • Customs required documents.
  • Laser Etch new education material as required.

Minimum Experience:
  • High School diploma is required
  • Some warehouse/distribution experience is preferred

Additional Education/Experience:
  • Basic computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word Basic math skills
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Ability to photocopy, print, file, and compile necessary data entry
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, when necessary.
  • Work Conditions: Walking, standing, lifting and computer work
  • Physical Demands: Heavy lifting up to 85 lbs average at 40 lbs ; moving large shipping containers and large racks via pushing or pallet jacks/push carts
