Job description
We will train a person on our tractor monitors and our liquid fertilizer mixing station, but a baseline knowledge of farm operations is a must. Heavy lifting and somewhat active daily exertion will be required. This is not a job someone can come off the street and perform.
Pay rate will be based off of that experience and knowledge. Any employee hired will receive a 50 cent raise every 6 months you are employed here at Probst Pork. 2 weeks PTO to use during the months of December to February and an additional week for the rest of the year.
Retirement investing is offered with a 3% employer match. Overtime is paid on a biweekly basis. Anything over 80 hours per pay period is considered time and a half.
