Job description

6ycle Studio is rapidly expanding. We need a personal trainer to assist clients in reaching their fitness objectives. You'll be working with clients to assess their fitness levels, run our 6ycle-developed customized training routines, and ensure they're using equipment safely. This position requires excellent customer service skills as well as a passion for fitness and assisting others with their health and wellness. Compensation:

$32 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Revise fitness plans based on clients’ progress toward set goals
  • Reduce the risk of injury by teaching clients good techniques for all activities, particularly those involving more advanced equipment
  • Uphold all gym standards and safety rules to keep clients safe and comfortable while they workout
  • Create personalized workout routines to help clients accomplish their fitness objectives while remaining within their present physical capability
  • Perform personal fitness assessments to ensure that all exercise routines are appropriate for each client
  • Deliver structured 1:1 and small group training sessions using 6ycle’s proven transformation programming
  • Coach clients through customized plans designed by ownership to drive measurable strength, body composition, and performance results
  • Track progress, monitor metrics, and hold clients accountable to their goals inside and outside the gym - discuss making changes accordingly
  • Build strong relationships rooted in trust, leadership, and high standards
  • Create a focused, high-energy training environment that reflects the 6ycle brand

Qualifications:
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers
  • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
  • This role requires fitness instructor or personal trainer certification
  • Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
  • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
  • High energy. Encouraging and motivating, while also being direct and challenging.
  • This role requires that you look and act the part. You must take care of your own health and fitness.
