This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and assigning/supervising tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAPs). The LPN maintains an in-depth knowledge of nursing principles, practices, standards, and techniques, applying this knowledge in accordance with facility policies and procedures and within the standards and scope of practice for Licensed Practical Nurses in the State of Oregon.
