Senior Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) AnalystExperience Required:
  • 8+ years of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Risk Consulting, Financial Services, Internal Audit, Compliance, or related experience
  • 7+ years working with senior leadership (VPs, Directors, Executives)
Education
  • Bachelor''s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, or related field
  • MBA or Master''s degree is a plus

Job Summary

The Senior ERM Analyst will help manage the company''s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program. This person will lead enterprise risk assessments, coordinate annual risk reporting (including ORSA), work with senior leadership, and prepare reports for executives, the Board, and regulators.

The role requires someone who can analyze business risks, influence leadership, manage cross-functional projects, and communicate complex information clearly.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments and evaluate business processes
  • Coordinate the annual Enterprise Risk Assessment program
  • Manage the annual ORSA (Own Risk and Solvency Assessment) process
  • Prepare risk reports for Executive Leadership and the Board
  • Organize Enterprise Risk Council meetings and document outcomes
  • Analyze enterprise risks and opportunities for leadership decision-making
  • Partner with Internal Audit, Compliance, Finance, and Actuarial teams
  • Ensure ERM processes follow company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Represent the company in external ERM industry forums when needed
