Job description

Executive Secretary

Location: Dodson Medical Office Building

Department: Orthopedics

Shift: First Shift (United States of America)

Standard Weekly Hours: 40

Summary: The Executive Secretary will assist the physician staff and clinic management team in activities of a clerical nature. She/he will promote and maintain good customer service within the department and with all personnel of CCHCS. She/he will support the physician staff/clinic management team in an organized and professional manner. This individual shall exhibit resourcefulness, independence and a positive work attitude.

Education & Experience:
  • High School graduate.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in related field.
  • Office skilled in the area of reception, correspondence, communication and organization.
  • Computer skilled (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.).
  • Experience supporting a team/department where multi-tasking preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 is a plus.

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 4:00pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm
