Job description

The Design, Development and Delivery (D3) team provides shared development services including Creative Design, Video Production, Interactive Media Development and Localization.
We enable the global AWS Field to drive best-in-class experiences for AWS customers through their cloud journey. We design, develop and deliver bar-raising training enablement, and measure the business impact of our work.
We're seeking a Multimedia Developer who operates at the intersection of design craft and technical execution. You'll serve within a multidisciplinary team to shape scalable systems and influence stakeholders.
You are equally passionate about design and development with strong front-end proficiency as a creative problem solver with an eye for world class functional design. You are able to bring disruptive ideas for how to conceive, create, and deliver engaging enablement experiences.
This is an individual contributor role requiring strengths in UX/UI design, e-learning, AI / programming languages. Experience as a training / enablement consultant, digital agency, or video production studio is highly valued.

D3 is a creative production team comprising of skilled professionals & strategic partners who are able to guide each project from strategy to concept and delivery through to Localization.

About the team
The Design, Development and Delivery (D3) team provides shared development services including Creative Design, Video Production, Interactive Media Development and Localization. We support, scale and deliver key initiatives to the AWS Sales Field. We strive to develop consumable content that allows our field teams to speak to customers about their business problems and solve them using AWS.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Have coding samples in front end programming languages
- 2+ years of front-end technologist, engineer, or UX prototyper experience
- Experience with UI design for complex workflows and for end users
- Experience designing and building enterprise tools
- Knowledge of general AI tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of technologies such as JavaScript/NodeJS, HTML/CSS, Responsive/Adaptive Design
- Knowledge of Python, Javascript, and source control (Git)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
