Responsibilities
- Develop game presentation scripts, run-of-show documents, and entertainment elements for home events, in partnership with the Director.
- Coordinate in-match promotions, contests, sponsorship activations, and fan engagement experiences.
- Execute live entertainment elements during events.
- Build toward a show-calling role over time, working directly with the Director to gain hands-on production experience and eventually serve as a secondary show caller.
- Contribute creative concepts that enhance the fan experience and align with organizational brand standards.
- Evaluate fan feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve matchday entertainment.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive ticket sales and support key club initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop promotional assets across digital, social, email, and traditional channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain consistency of brand messaging across all fan touchpoints.
- Coordinate live event content with marketing calendars and promotional priorities.
- Lead content planning for key theme nights and special events.
- Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and external partners.
- Maintain event production schedules and marketing calendars.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three to four years full-time experience in marketing, campaign management, or event/live production, ideally within professional sports, live entertainment, or a related fast-paced consumer brand environment
- Experience supporting marketing or fan experience functions for a professional sports team preferred; knowledge of MLS and the Nashville soccer market a plus
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through performance reporting, balancing several concurrent workstreams against fixed deadlines
- Comfort operating in real-time, high-pressure environments where plans change quickly; prior experience in live production, broadcast, theater, or event operations is a strong plus, even outside of sports.
- Self-starter who can take a rough concept and build it into an executable plan with minimal oversight, while remaining coachable on new skills
- Establishing priorities, defining action, and setting up a workflow to achieve goals while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build collaborative working relationships across marketing, partnerships, ticketing, production, and other departments
- Ability to evaluate campaign performance and fan engagement data to inform decisions and demonstrate results
- Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, including all Nashville SC matches
