Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to individuals and families of all ages, from children to seniors.
• Address chronic conditions, preventive care, acute health issues, and mental health initiatives with a focus on patient well-being.
• Perform physical examinations, analyze diagnostic results, and craft personalized care plans.
• Work closely with care coordinators, mental health professionals, and specialists to facilitate holistic treatment.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Active medical license in Oklahoma (or eligible to obtain).
• Preferred certifications: BLS and ACLS.
