Job description

We love creating extraordinary shared experiences and this starts with you!  We have built award winning escape room adventures with some of the most noteworthy puzzles and custom fabricated props in the industry. Do you like solving riddles and crafting clever clues?  Do you have a knack for brain teasers and puzzles? 


We’re searching for creative individuals with a flair of awesomeness to be Game Guides for our escape rooms!
A great Game Guide is energetic, cares deeply about guest satisfaction, and is highly detail-oriented. Game Guides can be excited with groups after their rooms conclude, genuine and considerate during contact with new patrons, and efficient but reliable when resetting each room.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Provide stellar customer service to every guest
  • Master all escape rooms, including puzzles and game flow
  • Greet guests, review safety guidelines and set the stage for every escape room
  • Monitor groups, provide clues during their experience, and facilitate their success
  • At the conclusion of the room, interact with guests and take photos of the group
  • Invite customers to provide feedback about the experience and to return again
  • Reset the puzzles in each room for the next booked group
  • Operate booking software to manage customer reservations
  • Run front desk point of sale system to collect guest payment
  • Tend phone when needed to answer questions or create bookings
  • Complete opening and closing procedures
  • Learn basic technology troubleshooting for our rooms

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing or sitting for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs
  • Must be able to communicate with guests
