Dauby Real Estate is looking for a part-time errand runner to support our real estate team by handling the essential in-the-field tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. From placing signs at new listings to delivering documents, this person is crucial to keeping things on track behind the scenes. If you're reliable, organized, and enjoy being on the go with a variety of tasks, this could be a perfect fit for you. No real estate experience is needed - just a valid driver's license, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to help wherever needed. This is a part-time role, with flexible hours. Hours will vary by day/week depending on team needs.
Responsibilities
  • Putting out For-Sale signs and directional signs
  • Switching sign riders out
  • Picking up and delivering documents to various places
  • Supporting the team with overflow tasks, especially during busy season
  • Driving the company van to various locations across Southwest Indiana
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • Comfortable driving our company van
  • Ability to complete tasks on time
  • Must be able to lift and carry real estate signs (light to moderate lifting)
