What You Will Do
Leasing & Sales Welcome prospective residents, conduct property tours, highlight community features, guide prospects through applications, and close new leases.
Customer Service & Resident Support Assist current residents with questions, maintenance requests, renewals, and general support to maintain a positive living environment.
Marketing & Outreach Manage online listings, update ads, conduct market research, and participate in outreach efforts to attract new residents.
Administrative Support Maintain accurate records, process payments, follow compliance guidelines, and uphold Fair Housing standards.
