This is an entry-level role designed for someone who wants to learn the recruiting industry from the ground up and grow into a full-cycle recruiter. What You'll Do As a Talent Sourcer, your job is to find, connect with, and attract great people. You will spend your time identifying talent, building relationships with candidates, and helping connect them to opportunities where they can succeed.
Your responsibilities will include: Sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms, and networking Conducting phone interviews to understand candidates' experience, goals, and strengths Building strong relationships with job seekers and becoming a trusted resource in their job search Matching candidates with roles where they can succeed and grow Maintaining an active pipeline of talent for current and future openings Communicating regularly with the recruiting team to ensure strong candidate-client alignment Tracking candidate activity and maintaining organized records in our ATS Supporting the recruiting team in filling open positions quickly and effectively This is a fast-paced role where persistence, curiosity, and strong communication make all the difference.
