This Peer Support Specialist position works 40 hours a week guaranteed Monday through Friday. Benefits included: 14 paid holidays, plus after the first year there is one week paid vacation. This also includes paid medical, dental and life insurance, plus there is also vision, telehealth and matching 401k available. Starting wage is $16.25 an hour. This is an entry level position, but there are exceptional growth possibilities to which wages can increase rapidly.

Provide recovery support services in various settings to peers within the community to support, educate and provide services to advance recovery and wellness. We also do training for the community and internally for staff. There are many trainings available at our centers across the state of Arizona.
We offer Peer Support Certification, CPR and First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, Peer Whole Health, Anger Management, Community Health Specialist Certification, and Many More.
We have supportive housing which offers a variety of quality housing and wrap-around recovery and wellness and is responsive to our tenant needs, preferences and lifestyle.
