Job description

We are hiring immediately for a Rail Terminal Administrative Assistant to Join our team working at the CSX West Columbia Railroad auto facility in a recession-proof industry! This is an entry-level position and no experience is required as we'll teach you everything you need to know in order to be successful on the job. This is an essential job and you'll have the opportunity to work for the #1 intermodal contractor in the United States!
You will be employed directly by PRS Auto and will not be an employee of the Railroad
The schedule and Rate will be discussed during the interview

APPLICANTS MUST currently live within a 45-minute commute of West Columbia, SC. OUT OF AREA candidates and/or those requiring relocation will NOT be considered.
Summary/Objective:
The Automotive Admin is responsible for completing reports, customer reporting, yard inventory, answering phones, and all other duties assigned. It is expected that an applicant has excellent computer skills and knowledge of office software programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
