Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive Client Services Assistant to support our Account Management team in the daily operations of Musictoday's e-commerce stores. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for a self-starter looking to launch their career in the e-commerce and entertainment industries.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will touch many parts of our business, from store merchandising to data analysis. You must be comfortable multitasking in a fast-moving environment. Your daily duties will include:

  • Store & Promotion Management: Set up, test, and launch online promotions, price changes, and sales based on the promotional calendar. Ensure banners, promotional text, and codes are removed promptly when campaigns end.
  • Merchandising & Optimization: Manage web store pages and product listings. Ensure featured items are appropriately merchandised, and collaborate with the Marketing team to implement SEO best practices.
  • Data & Insights: Pull and analyze sales, inventory, and customer behavior reports. Summarize findings to suggest store or platform improvements that drive revenue.
  • Client & Order Support: Coordinate with clients to process bulk and complimentary orders. Manage order flow across alternate sales channels like Amazon and Ticketmaster to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Customer Feedback & Escalations: Handle escalated customer service inquiries for quick resolution. Monitor customer reviews and summarize feedback to improve our store and product assortments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Create JIRA requests for creative assets. Submit technical tickets to production and engineering teams when system glitches occur.

Qualifications
