What Youll Do
Serve as the customer's single point of contact across the full lifecycle from first inquiry through delivery and beyond. The goal is a concierge experience: one consistent person who knows the customer's project from day one and stays with them through installation and after.
Day-to-Day
First point of contact phone, email, walk-ins
Qualify leads gather project details, photos, and measurements
Follow-up communications on early-stage leads
Sample fulfillment ordering, cleaning, labeling, packaging, shipping
Showroom visits and consultations
Production status and timeline updates to customers
Shipping freight booking, tracking, delivery updates
Post-sale support install help, issue resolution, returns, warranty, claims
Ongoing dealer / wholesale order processing
Past-customer nurture and referrals
What Were Looking For
Reliable and punctual thats #1
Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable on the phone for extended
periods
Detail-oriented specs, measurements, and lead records have to be right the first
time
Able to manage multiple workflows in parallel without dropping balls
Comfortable with web-based tools CRM, e-commerce, freight and shipping portals
Prior customer service, sales support, hospitality, or design-adjacent experience
strongly preferred. This isn't an entry-level support role we're looking for someone
who can carry a customer through a high-value, custom project with confidence
