Job Description

P&G is seeking a Media Planner to support our North America Home Care Amazon media campaigns. In this role you will be managing the North America Home Care eRetail Retail Media campaigns for Amazon, owning the campaigns from creation, through to ongoing optimization to deliver specified KPI's.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use real time data-analyze & identify insights to deliver incremental and profitable growth for P&G.

  • Be the go-to trusted leader for using technology, data science & analytics to solve key business problems.

  • Partner with Brand, Sales, and IT to define and build best-in-class search executions while bringing to life our Brands' commercial strategies online.

  • Lead and communicate effectively across functional and external partners to align plans, solve problems, and deliver results.

  • Create standardized reporting and present data on a regular basis to internal and external business partners.

  • Make sure that our marketing systems adhere to IT policies including cybersecurity and privacy mandates.

  • Be a thought leader and help us transform what winning looks like via new ideas, processes, and outside-the-box thinking.

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Prior experience using the Amazon Ads Platform.

  • Experience with using data to identify business-building insights and then turning those insights into a solution or process that you implement for the brand.

  • Strong communication skills are required. This is a client facing role - communication with customers will be required.

  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite of tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Available to work hybrid work schedule in Cincinnati, OH based office.

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred:

  • A BS or MS/MBA in Business/Management Information Systems, Computer/Systems/Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research, Mathematics or Statistics.

  • Experience working with a paid search platform (i.e. Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Citrus, Criteo, PacVue, etc)

  • Experience working/analyzing website and mobile conversion

  • Data Analytics skills, including experience using analytical tools such as KNIME, Python, Power BI, or Tableau

  • Familiarity with the online shopping space (Amazon.com, Target.com, Walmart.com, etc)

  • Experience working with Consumer Relationship Marketing (CRM) to win the shopper path to purchase and leverage data to optimize consumer engagement, conversion and return on ad spend.

Starting Pay/Salary Range: $85,000 - $122,200
