Job description

We are hiring for multiple Entry-Level Laboratory Assistants here in the Dayton, Ohio area! We currently have openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift (although most are on 2nd or 3rd shift). We are primarily hiring for part-time, but might be open to candidates who are looking for full-time work on 2nd or 3rd shift as well.

Ideal candidates will be in college and pursuing a degree in a scientific field, or already have a Bachelors or Associates Degree in a science with multiple laboratory courses. We may consider candidates with just a High School Diploma if you have regulated quality and/or laboratory experience depending on the specifics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing sampling activities in biosafety cabinets and cleanrooms
  • Monitor biohazard risks tied to tissue materials and ensure proper decontamination procedures
  • Collaborate with microbiology and operations teams to maintain EM program standards
  • Support the design and continuous improvement of environmental monitoring processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelors, Associates Degree, or currently enrolled in a program in a science with multiple laboratory courses.
  • OR a High School Diploma with regulated quality and/or laboratory experience (may depend on the specifics of the experience)

This is a Permanent position based out of Dayton, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
