Day 6:00 am-6:30 pm 3 days on and 2 days off, rotating each week
Night 6:00 pm-6:00 am 3 days on and 2 days off, rotating each week
Pay rate: $20-$21.50/hr

Job Summary:
Kelly is looking for a Production Technician for a premier company in Burlington, WA. As a Production Technician at our state-of-the-art LVL Manufacturing facility, you will play a crucial role in producing engineered wood for structural buildings across the United States and internationally. We are proud to be the only facility in Washington State that specializes in what we do, and we provide on-the-job training, making this an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay Rate: $20 per hour (Day Shift), $21 per hour (Night Shift)
- Shift: 3 days on and 2 days off rotation each week (12-hour days)
- Duration: 90 Days, then definite temp-to-hire for permanent employment with a pay raise!

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery in the Press and Packaging departments to manufacture laminated veneer lumber (LVL) according to factory-controlled specifications.
- Set up and run machines to lay up wood with glue and press it together, forming large boards or "billets" in the Press department.
- Cut, coat, stack, and wrap billets into smaller widths in the Packaging department for shipment to customers.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and ensure top-notch product quality.
- Provide input and suggestions for enhancing efficiency and safety in the production process.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- No previous experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
