Instead, you work with users, programmers, and key process owners daily in all business areas (accounting, administration, manufacturing, sales & marketing etc.) to learn and troubleshoot reported process and system related issues. This may involve training, resolving and escalating the issue according to its importance and scope. Assist with project preparation, implementation, and measurement.
