JOB SUMMARY:
You are empowered to be hands on to create and improve in a communicative environment! We spend less time on paperwork and meetings. Instead, you work with users, programmers, and key process owners daily in all business areas (accounting, administration, manufacturing, sales & marketing etc.) to learn and troubleshoot reported process and system related issues. This may involve training, resolving and escalating the issue according to its importance and scope. Assist with project preparation, implementation, and measurement. Always take the extra mile to uncover areas for continuous improvements towards virtualization and automation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
  • Test software releases for user acceptance.
  • Troubleshoot software & process from reported issues for immediate solution
  • Gather business requirements and write up technical issues/new development for programming
  • Function as a liaison between IT and user/business
  • Continuous discovering and learning of new application tools

WORK ENVIRONMENT: General office conditions & remote work

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Entry level T-SQL
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent prioritizing & multi-tasking skill
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Positive attitude and demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to track and follow up on myriad details
  • A minimum of 3 years of Business or System Analyst experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in System Analysis or equivalent

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to see, talk and hear. This position requires exceptional fine motor skills, sitting, standing, walking and bending throughout the day.
