Performance Funnel Builder (Entry-Level, AI-Driven)

Impact Scaleis looking for a motivated Performance Funnel Builderto help create and optimize the marketing funnels behind our paid advertising campaigns. If you enjoy building websites, experimenting with AI tools, solving problems, and learning how digital marketing works, this could be a great opportunity.

You don't need years of experience—we're looking for someone who learns quickly, enjoys technology, and is excited to build.

What You'll Do

• Build landing pages, lead forms, quizzes, and simple sales funnels

• Help create smooth customer journeys that turn visitors into leads

• Learn how to improve conversion rates using real campaign data

• Assist with A/B testing to improve clicks, conversions, and overall performance

• Set up tracking links, pixels, and campaign analytics with guidance from the team

• Work closely with media buyers, designers, and developers to launch new campaigns

• Use AI tools to build faster and automate repetitive tasks

• Update and improve existing funnels based on performance results

• Keep projects organized and document your work

What We're Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing, web design, marketing technology, or a related field

• Comfortable learning new software and AI tools quickly

• Basic understanding of websites, landing pages, or online marketing (personal projects count)

• Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Webflow, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or similar is a plus—but not required

• Interest in AI tools such as Cursor, Lovable, Builder.io, ChatGPT, or similar platforms

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Curious, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication and ability to work with a collaborative remote team

Bonus Points If You Have

• Built a personal website or portfolio

• Created landing pages for school, freelance, or personal projects

• Experimented with paid ads, SEO, or email marketing

• Used analytics tools like Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager

• Enjoy learning new technology and testing ideas
