Type: Permanent - Part-time

Location: Remote from within Calgary, AB

Hours: Flexible - about 20 hours/week

We are looking for an entry-level or experienced Condominium Manager to join our team in a small local company. The ideal candidate will have basic building knowledge. A Licensed RECA Condominium Manager is preferred, but not required as candidates can start as a Condominium Manager assistant. 


The portfolio is composed of several small condos from 4 units to up to 50+ units in Calgary and the surrounding communities. This could be a great opportunity for the candidate to grow and build a career.



Duties and Responsibilities


  • Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of condominium buildings.
  • Report to Condominium Boards.
  • Maintain good communication with the Owners and Residents of each condominium property.
  • Regularly visiting properties
  • Attending Board meetings and Annual General Meeting when required.


Qualifications and Skill Requirements:


  • A minimum of a high school diploma is essential.
  • RECA Licensed Condominium Manager - or in the process of completing the licensing process
  • Must have a good understanding of the Alberta Condominium Property Act
  • Reliable vehicle (Driver’s License)
  • Cell phone
  • Comfortable working with software programs and online systems (website management)
  • Must know Microsoft Word, Excel, and other MS programs
  • Must have experience in handling disputes
  • Familiarity with online meeting applications such as MS Teams, Meet and Zoom is desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Construction trade background or building knowledge/understanding is desirable.
  • Understanding of basic financial management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting is desirable.
  • Be on call when needed.
