This is a remote, sales-dominant role built for an experienced producer who knows how to generate activity, close business, cross-sell effectively, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals. This growth creates strong opportunity for an experienced, licensed producer who wants to build with a scaling agency and be rewarded for results.
Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of State Farm agency experience
  • Active Property & Casualty license required
  • Active Life & Health license preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong experience quoting, presenting, and closing insurance policies
  • Ability to work remotely with accountability, consistency, and urgency
Candidates who do not meet the licensing and State Farm experience requirements will not be considered for this position.
What Youll Do

  • Drive new business through outbound sales activity, lead follow-up, referrals, and consistent prospecting

  • Conduct needs-based sales conversations to uncover opportunities and recommend appropriate coverage
  • Cross-sell and upsell existing customers through policy reviews and proactive outreach
  • Manage a sales pipeline independently and maintain consistent follow-up
  • Overcome objections confidently and close business with urgency
  • Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and performance metrics
  • Meet and exceed production goals in a remote sales environment
  • Support customer needs when necessary while maintaining a sales-first focus
What Were Looking For

  • A confident, competitive, and results-driven sales professional
  • Someone with a demonstrated history of strong insurance production
  • A closer who is comfortable asking for business and handling objections
  • A self-starter who can work remotely without needing constant oversight
  • Someone who understands State Farm systems, expectations, and agency operations
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • A producer who is motivated by performance, growth, and opportunity
What We Offer

  • Base salary + commission + performance incentives
  • Remote work opportunity
  • Clear sales expectations and measurable production goals
  • Growth opportunity within a multi-location, expanding agency
  • Performance-based culture with accountability and reward
  • Ongoing professional development and support
