Job description

Provider Enrollment Specialist (RCM Focus)
LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to hire a Provider Enrollment Specialist with a strong Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) background. This is a 100% onsite, project-to-hire opportunity in Oak Brook, IL, ideal for someone who understands how payer enrollment issues directly impact reimbursement and can confidently investigate and resolve denial-related problems.
What You'll Do
  • Manage provider/payer enrollments and submit enrollment documentation to Medicare and commercial payers
  • Investigate and resolve enrollment/credentialing-related claim denials in partnership with the Revenue Cycle (AR) team
  • Communicate directly with payers and insurance carriers to troubleshoot enrollment and reimbursement issues
  • Coordinate with internal Credentialing teams to ensure provider info is accurate and complete
  • Identify root causes of denials (ex: out-of-network, missing roster/location info, due to incorrect data) and support claim correction/rebilling

What We're Looking For
  • 2-3+ years of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience (required)
  • Provider Enrollment experience preferred
  • Background in areas like AR, medical billing, denial resolution, and payer enrollment
  • Ability to explain the full denial-resolution process from an RCM perspective (not credentialing-only)
  • Experience in a larger physician practice or healthcare organization is a plus
  • Epic experience is needed

Schedule / Work Environment
  • Monday-Friday
  • Flexible start time between 7:00 AM - 9:30 AM (workday within 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
  • 30-minute unpaid lunch (8.5-hour day)
  • 100% Onsite in Oakbrook
