Job description

A Part-Time Sales Representative is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embodies the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant's heart. They have a passion for people and serving others, solid character, take initiative and work with a strong sense of urgency at all times. We are looking for someone who is responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing our mission and building strong connections within our community. The two main areas of focus for this position are 1) building relationships inside and outside of the restaurant, and 2) maximizing current opportunities / finding new opportunities in sales growth for our business throughout the community.

Position Type:

  • Part-time- Availability: 20-30 hours/week
  • Must be willing to work onsite, be available for day and night shifts, Fridays & Saturdays and willing to be flexible within the role

Part-Time Sales Rep Responsibilities:

In-Store:

  • Develop & execute a monthly Sales & Marketing Goals plan
  • Build and maintain sales growth strategies monthly and quarterly
  • Build relationships with all our guests and team members
  • Offer immediate response to Guest's needs and / or complaints
  • Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
  • Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
  • Oversee the physical display of all promotional materials (Marketing Calendars, POP, Signage, etc...)
  • Create tools as needed for Team Members to aid in sales growth, oversee weekly sampling & upsell opportunities
  • Plan & execute in-restaurant events as sales building strategies (ex. Kids Night, Dogs in the Drive-Thru, Daddy-Daughter Date Night, etc.)

Out-of Store:

  • Work out in the community, bringing the brand to the local area, supporting organizations & selling products
  • Establish relationships & maintain connection with local businesses by utilizing our all marketing assets
  • Plan and execute food distribution to surrounding businesses monthly
  • Visit with surrounding schools & youth organizations to implement Fundraising Programs, Onsite Sales opportunities, sponsorships, etc...
  • Tie-in with local community events, festivals, parades, seasonal etc...
  • Partner with current social media manager on consistent, engaging social media posts on all accounts to interact with our guests and the local community
  • Use our Cow mascot or related materials effectively
  • Ensure all marketing materials follow Chick-fil-A Branding Requirements and executes our mission to become the world's most "caring" company

Qualifications and Requirements:
