Pay & Growth Opportunities

Employees usually meet at the shop headquarters, with occasional direct-to-jobsite starts. Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

Install steel and hybrid building systems
Assist with framing, metal siding, and metal roofing installation
Read and follow blueprints and construction plans
Measure and cut materials accurately using tape measures and tools
Work safely at heights when necessary
Maintain clean, organized job sites
Work collaboratively with the crew to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications

Construction experience preferred (steel buildings, framing, roofing, siding, carpentry, or general construction)
Ability to read a tape measure and construction drawings
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work outdoors and perform physical work
Willingness to learn and improve skills
Team-player attitude
