This is a high-energy, outdoor position ideal for driven, competitive self-starters who want to break into sales, business development, and account management with clear six-figure earning potential.


If you’re willing to work hard, stay consistent, and push through rejection, this entry level outside sales / business development representative role can lead to rapid promotion into full-cycle Sales Representative or Sales Leadership within 6–12 months. If you’re looking for something easy, this is not it.


What You’ll Do: Entry Level Outside Sales / Business Development Representative

As an Entry Level Outside Sales / Business Development Representative, you will:

  • Knock on doors and speak directly with homeowners in assigned territories
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home appointments for our sales team
  • Represent Panda Exteriors professionally and positively in the field
  • Work outdoors daily and stay active on your feet throughout your shift
  • Hit daily and weekly lead generation, appointment setting, and performance goals
  • Use our proven training, scripts, and systems to build your sales and business development skills

What This Job Is REALLY Like
