Job description

Direct Production (DP) is central to Nokia's manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient, highquality output through effective management of processes, people, and machinery. The team supports performance optimization, maintenance, cost control, quality standards, and packaging activities.


As a Direct Production Operator (DPO), you will be involved in the full production cycle, including issuing materials, operating production lines, performing testing and quality checks, packaging products, staging for shipment, and releasing orders for delivery. You will also support equipment maintenance, waste handling, and the upkeep of a safe and efficient production environment.
