Outside Plant (OSP) Fiber Technician – Burlington, Texas

Kickstart your career in cutting-edge data center infrastructure as an OSP Fiber Technician, where you’ll play a hands-on role in building and maintaining the high-performance fiber networks that power global connectivity. Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, test, repair, and maintain fiber optic cables and infrastructure
  • Install new fiber lines, conduits, and related hardware to support network growth
  • Perform site surveys and maintain accurate network documentation and records
  • Troubleshoot signal and transmission issues to ensure optimal performance
  • Follow strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Collaborate with engineering, facilities, and other internal teams
  • Support outage response and scheduled maintenance activities
