Position Title: Production 

Department: Production

Reports To: Production Supervisor/Manager

Location: 1200-1250 Page Road Aurora Ohio

Job Summary:

The Production Worker is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing and assembly processes within the production facility. This entry-level position involves operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring the quality of products meets company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery.
  • Assist in the assembly of products as per specifications.
  • Conduct quality checks on products and report any defects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Support other production workers and supervisors as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of production processes and equipment.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as required.

Salary and Benefits:

Wage rate:

  • $16 per hour starting wage

Shift:

  • 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday-Friday
  • Half-hour lunch at 12:00 PM
  • Breaks (10:00a.m.-12:00p.m.-2:00p.m.)
