 $26.00-$33.00/hour (based on direct vs. supervision hours) | Full-Time

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a passionate Associate Clinical Supervisor to join our home and community-based ABA team. Designed for emerging clinicians pursuing BCBA certification, this mid-level role offers robust supervision, hands-on experience, and meaningful mentorship as you build your skills and hours toward independent practice.

What You'll Do 

  • Deliver direct ABA therapy to children in their home, school, and community settings 
  • Conduct parent/caregiver education and assist in functional behavior assessments (under BCBA guidance) 
  • Design individualized ABA programs using evidence-based practices, including Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions 
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data, complete session documentation, and assist with case management 
  • Provide clinical support and model best practices for entry-level Behavior Technicians 
  • Participate in individual and group supervision with a designated BCBA to accrue required hours toward certification 
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure treatment fidelity and goal alignment across clients 
  • Attend training sessions, team meetings, and mentorship opportunities to support your ongoing growth 

Who You Are 

  • Enrolled in or recently completed a Masters program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field 
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing (required) 
  • Experience delivering ABA services with children diagnosed with autism or developmental disorders Previous experience as a Lead RBT or with mentoring newer technicians is preferred 
  • Passionate about clinical growth and building foundational supervision skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; team-oriented mindset 
  • Able to travel locally to client homes and schools (up to a 1-hour radius); valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation required 
  • Bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus
