Looking for a shop that actually values technicians? If you're an experienced automotive technician who's tired of working in a stressful, disorganized, or toxic environment, we'd like to introduce ourselves.

At Autotek International, we've built our business around two simple ideas:

Take great care of customers.

Take great care of employees.

We know that talented technicians have options. That's why we've created a workplace where people are respected, trusted, and given the tools they need to succeed—not micromanaged. If you're looking for a long-term home where your experience matters, we'd love to talk with you.

What Makes Us Different?
  • No weekends.
  • Your personal life matters.
  • Consistent workflow.
  • We like to have fun at work.

Our Working Environment:
  • No Micromanagement: We hire professionals and trust them to do what they do best.
  • Quality Repairs: We use quality parts and perform honest inspections because we're building long-term customer relationships—not chasing quick sales.
  • No Pressure to Oversell: Our recommendations are based on what the vehicle actually needs—not sales quotas.
  • Respectful Leadership: We believe great management removes obstacles instead of creating them.
  • Clean, Organized Shop: A professional environment helps everyone work more efficiently.
  • Modern Equipment: You'll have access to professional diagnostic equipment and industry-leading software.
  • Strong Team Culture: We work together, help one another, and genuinely enjoy coming to work.

Benefits:
  • Competitive pay: $75,000–$110,000+ annually.
  • Flat Rate.
  • Health Insurance.
  • Paid Time Off.
  • Retirement Plan.
  • No weekend schedule.
  • Established customer base.
  • Supportive management.
  • Positive workplace culture.
  • Long-term career opportunity.

About the Position:
You'll diagnose, inspect, maintain, and repair a wide variety of vehicles, including:
  • European Vehicles.
  • Japanese & Korean Imports.
  • Domestic Vehicles.

We're looking for technicians who are good at and enjoy diagnostics, take pride in their workmanship, communicate well with teammates, and want to be part of a shop that values doing things the right way while having fun.

You should have:
  • At least 3 years of experience as an A or B Level Technician.
  • ASE Certification.
  • Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Your own tools.
  • A stable work history.
  • The ability to legally work in the United States.

Just as important, we're looking for someone who:
  • Takes pride in quality work.
  • Has integrity.
  • Enjoys solving difficult problems.
  • Works well with others.
  • Wants to continue learning.
  • Contributes to a positive workplace.

About Autotek International:
We're a well-established independent automotive repair facility with a reputation for exceptional customer service, honest recommendations, and high-quality repairs.

Our goal has never been to be the biggest shop—we strive to be the shop customers trust and employees are proud to work for.

When our team succeeds, our customers win. When our customers win, our business grows. Everyone benefits.

Think You'd Be a Good Fit?
We'd love to hear from you.
