Lift & Rope Descent Technicians Encouraged to Apply


LWC Services is hiring experienced window cleaners who already work in the industry and want steady commercial work, organized crews, and higher earning potential at a growing, family-owned company.


This is not an entry-level labor position. We are looking for experienced technicians comfortable working at height who can contribute immediately.


Schedule: Full-time, year-round work


Higher starting pay for experience. Premium pay considered for:

  • Aerial lift operators
  • Rope descent technicians
  • Scaffolding experience
  • Crew leads

Typical Work

  • Commercial building window cleaning
  • Lift work and drop work (RDS)
  • Water-fed pole systems
  • Atriums and interior glass
  • Hospitals, campuses, large facilities
