Job description

United Talent is immediately hiring for a 2nd shift Machine Operator (Injection Molding Manufacturing Company) in Hiram, GA!

Job Duties:
  • Operate injection molding machines following production orders and process sheets
  • Monitor production to identify defects, issues, or machine alarms
  • Perform visual inspections and basic measurements using tools such as calipers
  • Record production data and ensure correct product labeling
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures, including proper PPE usage
  • Assist with additional production tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Pay & Shift:
  • $40,000 yearly
  • Monday–Friday | 2:00pm to 11:00pm
Requirements:
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time during the shift
  • Must be able to work in a manufacturing/production environment
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and be trained on equipment and processes
