Role Summary
The Associate Service Sales Representative is an entrylevel sales role that supports the U.S. Service Sales organization by generating qualified contract leads and enabling revenue growth operations. This role is at the forefront of customer billable (time & materials) interactions, working to identify and convert service opportunities into contract discussions. The position reports to the Senior Manager, U.S. Contract Sales and partners closely with Service Sales Representatives, Field Service, and Sales Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Qualify incoming time & materials (T&M) requests and proactively initiate contract conversations to generate qualified service contract leads.
Support increased contract attachment and conversion rates by identifying customers with recurring service activity or unmet coverage needs.
Meet or exceed defined KPIs related to lead generation, activity levels, data quality, and revenue enablement.
Conduct daily outbound customer engagement via phone and email across relevant functions and decisionmakers.
Maintain accurate and uptodate customer, opportunity, and activity data within CRM and internal systems.
Support the sales quoting and contract process by gathering required information and coordinating with Service Sales Representatives as applicable.
Build foundational knowledge of service offerings, including service contracts, support plans, billable services, training, and compliance solutions.
Leverage available data to prioritize opportunities with the highest potential ROI and conversion likelihood.
Assist with data hygiene, cleanup, and governance efforts to improve reporting accuracy and CRM effectiveness.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with Service Sales, Field Service, Marketing, and Operations to support revenue growth initiatives.
Complete assigned projects, tasks, and reporting accurately and on time while maximizing productivity.
Backfill open service sales territories as needed by handling customer outreach, qualifying service contract opportunities, and coordinating followup with sales leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with comfort engaging customers by phone and email.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain organization, and execute with accountability.
Proficiency with standard business tools (CRM systems, Microsoft Office or similar).
Selfmotivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fastpaced, evolving sales environment.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for sales meetings, training, or company events.
Preferred Qualifications
Interest in sales, account management, or a commercial career path within life sciences or healthcare.
Prior exposure to customerfacing, inside sales, or leadgeneration roles.
Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to continuously learn products, markets, and customer workflows.

Compensation
The expected compensation range for this role is $66,700.00 - 106,700.00 USD Annual. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
