About The Role

Our hiring office is dedicated to welcoming and onboarding new members of the workforce. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring new hires are processed efficiently, accurately, and with a positive candidate experience.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting candidates as they arrive and aiding with questions while maintaining superior customer service
  • Supporting electronic onboarding and monitoring completion of computer-based training
  • Coordinating pre-employment screenings and additional training requirements
  • Setting up and maintaining accurate employee files
  • Communicating with hiring managers, candidates, payroll, and team members regarding onboarding status
  • Maintaining requisition tracking spreadsheets
  • Accurately entering new hires into the payroll system once onboarding is complete
