Job description

Garver is on the lookout for an Entry-Level Survey Assistant to join our Field Services Team in Rogers, AR. If you love the outdoors, enjoy hands-on work, and want to be part of a team that builds the future—this might be your perfect fit.
As a Survey Assistant, you’ll be the right-hand to our survey crew, helping gather critical field data using both traditional and GPS-based methods. You’ll get to work with cool tech like electronic total stations, data collectors, and GPS gear to measure distances, elevations, and angles. You’ll also help prep field notes and drawings, and assist with surveying for roads, bridges, and flood control projects.
This isn’t your average desk job—you’ll be out in the field, learning by doing, and making a real impact from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Setting up and operating surveying equipment (yes, the high-tech kind!)
  • Collecting field data and helping with construction staking
  • Locating boundaries, property lines, monuments, and more
  • Supporting projects that shape communities—literally
