Position Summary

Norma Precision Inc. seeks a creative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer amp; Marketing Coordinator to support the development of marketing materials, digital content, and brand initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for a candidate eager to grow a career in graphic design and marketing while gaining hands-on experience across digital, social, e-commerce, and event marketing. The primary focus of this role is graphic design and visual content creation (75%), supporting dealer, consumer, and internal marketing initiatives. Additional responsibilities include website updates, digital asset management, content coordination, and event support.

Essential Duties amp; ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design amp; Creative Production (75%)
  • Design and produce print and digital marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, sell sheets, catalogs, dealer materials and displays, trade show graphics, presentations, social media graphics, email graphics, website banners, and promotional merchandise.
  • Design, edit, and maintain product packaging, labels, box artwork, and supporting packaging components while ensuring compliance with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and print production specifications.
  • Create compelling visual content that aligns with Norma’s brand standards and marketing objectives.
  • Stage and photograph products for marketing, e-commerce, social media, and advertising use.
  • Capture photography and video content at company events, trade shows, dealer visits, and product launches.
  • Edit, retouch, and optimize photos for print and digital applications.
  • Create product renderings, mockups, and visual concepts for presentations, packaging, promotions, and product launches.
  • Prepare production-ready files for print vendors and digital platforms.
  • Maintain organized libraries of creative assets, templates, and project files.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, customer service, and leadership teams to develop marketing materials that support business objectives.
