Key responsibilities

  • Operate assigned late-model automatic trucks on a defined Midwest network with steady miles each week.

Job description

Guaranteed weekend home time and a solid regional run. Now hiring drivers with 6+ months of experience as well as recent trucking school graduates! If you are tired of dispatchers lying about your home time, chasing ghost miles, and burning your Saturdays waiting at a receiver—it is time for a predictable Midwest routine.

This position is built for both experienced professionals and entry-level drivers who want consistent freight and real structure instead of long-haul OTR uncertainty. You will run a defined network with shorter routes, steady volume, and a schedule designed to get you back home every single weekend. You leave out on Monday, and the weekend is yours for a reliable reset.

  • Top Producers: $1,800+ Gross weekly
  • Base Rate: $0.56 to $0.64 CPM (Based on experience)
  • Short Load Protection: Extra $40 (under 150 mi) / Extra $25 (150–250 mi)

Freight & Equipment:

  • Miles: 1,700 – 2,200 steady miles per week
  • Hauls: Drop & hook, preloaded trailers, and live loads
  • Trucks: Assigned late-model automatics (maintained to prevent breakdown downtime)

Driver Requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL (Minimum 21 years old)
