Job description
Primary Responsibilities:
Primary focus will be installation, maintenance and level one support of users, PCs, and peripherals for US and European operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Help desk support (local and remote)
- MS M365 (Office apps)
- MS Windows 10/11
- MS Windows Remote Desktop Services
- MS Windows Command Prompt
- MS Windows PowerShell scripting and batch file scripting
- Familiarity with MS Entra/Azure
- Familiarity with MS Exchange 365 + MS Exchange Server 2019 - hybrid environment
- Familiarity with MS Windows Server 2016-2025
- Familiarity with SonicWALL VPN/NetExtender or other VPN environment
- Hardware troubleshooting: PCs (HP), servers (Dell and VM), various network and peripheral devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present technical information and document incidents/resolutions in a business and user-friendly manner.
- Time management and organizational skills
- Associate's degree in IT related field or equivalent education/experience
- 1+ years of experience in a technical hardware support environment with strong customer service orientation
- Moderate to extensive travel required
- Languages: English
