Job description

In this leadership capacity, this position is responsible for the entire program of talent, from scouting and recruitment to the ultimate deployment of high-performing team members. This position does not just manage people; this position builds theSystems(the Playbook) that allow the program to run with excellence. By coaching and developing Operation Coordinators, this position ensures that leadership is poured into Position Coaches, who then develop the Team Members fulfilling orders. You will build and maintain a championship-caliber talent infrastructure through theDiscover, Develop, and Deployframework, ensuring the Restaurant is protected by rigorous HR systems and every team member leaves better than they arrived.


A few key responsibilities are, but are not limited to:

1. Discover: Scouting & The Scholarship Package

  • Recruitment Systems:Build a "Scouting Department." This position creates repeatable systems to discover where top talent lives and how to attract them to the brand.
  • Recruiting Pipelines: Develop partnerships with local areas and schools to build key pipelines to recruit top-level talent.
  • Job Packaging:This position systematically assesses the market to ensure the Restaurant offers the most competitive packages for prospective talent.
  • Signing Day:Design a First Day of work unlike any other business.

2. Develop: The Playbook & Coaching the Coaches

  • Coordinating the Coordinators:This position is responsible for the professional growth of the Operation Coordinators, ensuring they have the tools to effectively lead their Position Coaches and effectively run their shifts.
  • Growth Roadmaps:Create structured "Growth Roadmaps" for every position. This position ensures these roadmaps are overseen by Coordinators to provide a clear path from entry-level player to elite leader.

3. Deploy: Game Day & Player Transformation

  • Deployment Strategy:Ensure the right people are in the right positions to win. This position creates the systems that allow leaders to deploy team members effectively during peak hours.
  • Character Development:Execute a vision where people are deployed back into the world as better versions of themselves. This position builds the culture of mentorship and personal growth that defines the program.
  • Leadership Pipeline:Systematically identify key Team members and move them through the leadership pipeline.

4. HR Risk Mitigation & Compliance

  • Compliance Systems:This position builds and audits systems for 100% compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including minor labor and payroll regulations.
  • Risk Mitigation:Act as the primary official for HR risk mitigation. This position ensures all documentation, conflict resolution, and safety protocols are systemized to protect the restaurant and the team.
