ABOUT THE ROLE:

Whether you're in the heart of Denver or anywhere else, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the digital marketing and social media sector, working on exciting projects focused on creative social media applications and performance-driven marketing campaigns across global platforms.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Interpreting campaign performance data and translating insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with North America go-to-market teams to support upcoming campaigns and channel strategies.
  • Working closely with external media agencies to plan, review, and optimize campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Driving briefing, adaptation, translation, and localization of creative campaigns into audience-specific and channel-relevant assets.
  • Coordinating with internal and external creative agencies regarding timelines, creative requirements, and campaign deliverables.
  • Serving as the liaison between the marketing team and the creative studio to track asset adaptation progress and deliver finalized approved assets.
  • Monitoring creative asset performance together with media agencies and sharing optimization recommendations with internal creative teams.
  • Collaborating with the Global Brand team on large-scale campaigns and future creative toolkit development.
  • BONUS POINTS: Experience managing social media budgets exceeding $1M annually. Previous agency experience.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • Entry-level experience in digital marketing, paid media, or campaign coordination.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in paid media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Experience developing and optimizing direct-response campaigns focused on maximizing ROAS and CAC.
  • Ability to independently manage responsibilities within scope while demonstrating ownership and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
