Evergreen Home Performance, a leader in residential energy efficiency services in Maine, is seeking a dedicated Weatherization Technician to join our team in our Rockland office. If you're hard-working, detail-oriented, and ready to make a positive impact on people's homes and the environment, we'd love to hear from you!
About the Role
As a Weatherization Technician, you will play a key role in helping homeowners improve their comfort and lower their utility bills through our core services, which include air sealing and insulation in attics and basements. This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with our customers to enhance the energy efficiency of their homes, making a real difference in their daily lives.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an adaptable and reliable individual who can see a job through from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to communicate effectively with both customers and co-workers. Knowledge of home construction and building science is a plus, but if you don't have direct experience, we're happy to train the right person.
