Mission:
To support the Sales Team by identifying, researching, and qualifying potential medical practices, and contributing to the team's goal based on sign-ups from inbound/outbound requests. Assist the SDR lead and the VP of Sales and Marketing with organizing and executing company lunches, employee events, supply orders etc.
Entry-level position in the Sales department with potential growth opportunities into Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Account Executive (AE) roles.
Outcomes:
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Access and mine data in Salesforce to identify potential accounts and contacts.
Conduct independent research, including web searches and phone calls, to gather more information about potential accounts.
Ensure that the identified accounts meet the criteria of being on a supported practice management system, having more than 3+ providers, and having the name and contact of a decision-maker.
Collaboration & Handover:
After qualifying the accounts, hand over the researched data to the Account Executive assigned.
Maintain open communication to provide any additional information or clarification as needed.
Assist VP of Sales and SDR Lead with organizing company lunches, team building activities, ordering office supplies and various tasks.
Tracking & Reporting:
Keep a record of the number of qualified accounts identified.
Regularly update assigned members on progress and any challenges faced during the research process.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the list of supported practice management systems to ensure accurate account qualification.
Seek feedback from the team on the quality of leads provided and make necessary adjustments to the research process.
Competencies:
Communication: Confident and articulate in both written and spoken interactions.
Research Skills: Ability to mine databases, conduct web searches, and make phone calls to gather accurate information.
Team Player: Enthusiastic about working onsite and building relationships with the team.
Technical Proficiency: Familiar with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and the ability to learn Salesforce CRM.
Education: Some college or higher-level education.

This is an ongoing part time job, not a temporary internship.
We're looking for someone to work 20-30 hours per week, 3-6 hours per day, with potential to discuss hybrid options on 1 workday. While we're flexible with start times, we generally prefer that you begin your workday sometime between 8 AM and 11 AM. This ensures that you're active during prime office hours across the East Coast to West Coast. While morning hours are ideal, we can accommodate occasional afternoon starts if needed. Overall, our goal is to ensure consistent collaboration and communication during standard business hours.
