Job description

We are looking for an Office Support Administrator I for our Fayetteville, AR office. This is an in-office position; duties and responsibilities are generally performed in an office setting. Occasional travel to offsite locations to perform work and work-related tasks or to attend meetings may be required.
The Office Support Administrator I provides foundational administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient daily office operations. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals beginning their administrative career, offering the opportunity to build core skills in organization, communication, and business operations.
Under direct supervision, the Office Support Administrator I performs routine administrative tasks, supports team activities, and assists with maintaining an organized and productive work environment.
Essential Functions
  • Requires being physically present at the office to greet guests, vendors and employees, receive deliveries, and answer phones during normal business hours
  • Maintain common areas to include all equipment
  • Coordinate office cleaning services and repairs
  • Package pickup and delivery to include sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail and packages
  • Order, receive, and distribute general office and breakroom supplies
  • General typing, copying, printing, and binding
  • Physically available to assist Business Lines and Corporate Support Lines with administrative tasks as needed
  • IT and Real Estate inventories/assistance
  • Scan documents to electronic files
  • Basic document creation
  • Basic data entry in information systems and databases
  • Maintain office vehicles to include mileage logs, maintenance, registration, etc.
  • Set up, host, and clean-up meetings, lunches, and events (meals, venue, AV, etc.)
  • Decorate for the holidays, various events, and everyday office aesthetic (may require bending, kneeling, walking, stairs, lifting, and standing on ladders)
  • Assist with travel arrangements
  • Maintain calendars for conference rooms and office vehicles
  • Code, route, track, and record office related invoices/expenses
  • Assist with onboarding new hires (building access, first day photo, etc.)
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion
  • Help to drive and champion Garver culture, values, and initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of clerical or administrative experience
  • Basic experience in a professional or office environment is a plus

Licenses/Credentials
  • Valid Driver's License required for employment and to operate company vehicle as needed to perform duties

  • Basic IT experience
